bdpk Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdpk website accessible at bdpk.io, including all associated pages, sub-domains, features, games, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits not yet converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional credit awarded by bdpk, which is subject to separate wagering requirements and is not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-credit stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, or other product offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Credit must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit or withdrawal channel available on the Platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any feature of the bdpk Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bdpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance may be retained in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling obligations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdpk operates as an offshore platform and does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and may have their Accounts suspended or closed without notice.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Individual

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or with different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts identified will be closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited without compensation.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdpk may, at its sole discretion and at any point in the Account lifecycle, require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the Payment Method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bdpk will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any activity carried out through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bdpk of suspected unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Activity

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit, no withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bdpk reserves the right to charge an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month on dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees are applied and may reactivate their Account by logging in at any time.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bdpk support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered Payment Method, subject to identity verification having been completed. Bonus Credits are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdpk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdpk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted Payment Methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the Account portal. bdpk reserves the right to apply enhanced transaction limits to individual Accounts based on risk assessment or verification status.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. bdpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network interruptions, or banking system outages.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdpk within 24 hours of submission on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are returned to the same Payment Method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. bdpk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are subject to bdpk's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. bdpk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction where AML concerns arise. Players must not use the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. Suspected AML violations will be reported to relevant authorities.

4.6 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your bdpk Account — without first exhausting bdpk's internal dispute resolution process — is a breach of these Terms. bdpk reserves the right to suspend the Account, recover the disputed amount from any remaining Balance, and take further legal action where appropriate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bdpk are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are calculated on the value of the Bonus Credit received. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdpk takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or system betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; collusion with other Players to farm bonus funds; and misrepresenting identity or payment method to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdpk reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the Account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bdpk sports betting product are subject to acceptance by bdpk at its sole discretion. bdpk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed and valid once a bet reference number has been issued to the Player's Account.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Where a bet has been accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or manifest mistake — including but not limited to prices that are materially out of line with prevailing market rates — bdpk reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance. bdpk will notify affected Players within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket fixtures. In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. In-play odds are indicative and subject to rapid change; the odds displayed at the time of bet submission are the odds that apply to a confirmed bet.

6.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed, or suspended without being completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Account Balances unless the specific rules for the relevant sport or market provide otherwise.

7 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the bdpk Platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games (including Go Rush), and Plinko — are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Players should review the game-specific rules available within each game's interface before placing real-money wagers.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, independently tested to ensure statistical fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the rules and procedures enforced by the live dealer and studio operator.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or an active slot spin, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of disconnection. bdpk is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdpk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account with or without their consent.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment method information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from bdpk.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to gain access to another Player's Account, the Platform's administrative systems, or any data not intended for your use.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the deposited funds.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdpk Platform — including but not limited to the bdpk brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bdpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from bdpk.

10 Privacy & Data

bdpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the Privacy Policy page.

bdpk uses your personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in. bdpk does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdpk's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if bdpk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bdpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service outages may affect Platform availability without triggering any liability on the part of bdpk.

12 Responsible Gaming

bdpk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. All Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, you are strongly encouraged to self-exclude your Account or seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. 13 Suspension & Termination

bdpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where bdpk reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to bdpk.

Where an Account is closed by bdpk due to a breach of these Terms, any Account Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at bdpk's discretion. Where an Account is closed for administrative or business reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered Payment Method after the completion of any required verification steps.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law. bdpk operates as an offshore platform and does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in Bangladesh or in any other specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws.

Any dispute arising between bdpk and a Player that cannot be resolved through bdpk's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

15 Amendments

bdpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or key platform rules — bdpk will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the Platform and/or by email to registered Players.

Your continued use of the bdpk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.3. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

16 Contact & Disputes

If you have any questions about these Terms, or if you wish to raise a complaint or dispute in relation to your Account, a transaction, or a bet settlement, please contact bdpk's customer support team in the first instance. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in English.

bdpk aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to a Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to arbitration as described in Section 14.
